Opening a contact link does not send a message automatically. We use information you choose to share to consider and respond to your enquiry.
Messaging and direct email
WhatsApp, Telegram, and email providers process your account details and communications under their own terms and privacy policies. Messages sent through these links are handled by the selected service, rather than submitted to this website’s database. We keep enquiry conversations while needed to respond and discuss potential work. You can ask us to remove information you have shared by contacting us in the same conversation.
Website enquiry form
The optional website form is shown only when its email delivery service is configured. It asks for your name, email address, project brief, and optional company and service preference. Form enquiries are sent through Resend. The website database holds submission references, payload hashes, delivery state, and temporary rate-limit records; it does not store the text of your enquiry, your name, or your raw email address.
Submission metadata expires after 30 days and rate-limit records after one hour; expired records are removed during subsequent submissions. Received emails remain in the company inbox while needed to handle the enquiry. Resend processes form delivery data under its own service terms.
Website operation
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or optional cookies. Infrastructure providers may process basic connection information to serve requests and protect the service. The application does not write contact form contents to its logs.
Keeping information safe
Please share only what is necessary for an initial conversation. Avoid passwords, payment details, personal identification documents, and sensitive client data. A suitable channel for project material can be agreed separately.
